Feeling prepared vs. Being prepared For Your Race

I’ve never felt 100% prepared for a half MARATHON or full MARATHON – have YOU? sure I’ve been thrilled for a race, however not positive that I’m prepared physically or mentally.

Before a half or full marathon:

I’ve been very nervous

I’ve wished to get it over with

I’ve been thrilled about running with friends

I’ve been pleased to travel to a race

But never 100% prepared to CRUSH IT. many of the time desire I had a few much more weeks to train, trained harder, did something different in training… etc.

Until I realized that IT’S much better TO BE 10% UNDER-TRAINED THAN 1% OVER-TRAINED.

Great half as well as full Marathon training Advice
